Attain Release status.

InformaBan should be polished, bug-free and usable.

It should meet or exceed the original aims, which were:

• Provide kick, ban and tempban functionality;
• Do one thing only (manage bans), and do it well;
• Be compatible with other plugins that have kick/ban functions, if possible;
• Be easy for admins and mods to use, while remaining configurable for the power admin;
• Be informative to users by providing easy to read details when kicked or banned;
• Track the past kick/ban history of users to allow admins and mods to easily identify repeat offenders.
• Let admins use the same ban database across all their servers, so that a player can optionally be banned across all of a community's servers.
