After checking better the rules I will remove the:

*-tense rules since looks like is deprecated for some reason see:

{body,footer}-max-line-length is what we want but is not yet supported, I don't think anyone is working on that feature, so when one of us has a free time we can try to implement it :)

So for now I removed the rules of {body,footer}-max-length since is not what we want.
