First, you need to download the current hostfile in Releases.

Download the current hostfile here
Open the file with a text editor
Paste the contents of the downloaded hostfile on the bottom of your systems hostfile.
- Windows: %WINDIR%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (please make sure that you run your text editor as administrator)
- On Linux*: /etc/hosts (run your text editor as root)
- On Mac Os: /private/etc/hosts (run your text editor as root)

* On linux, you can compile the hostfile with make. See this wiki page
