This PR adds the
userVerifiedproperty toauthenticationInforeturned from a successful run ofverifyAuthenticationResponse(), to match the same info returned fromverifyRegistrationResponse(). This can be useful to RP's that don't require user verification but are still interested in whether the authenticator is capable of it.
