My family guy at episode level is getting wrong metadata. I tried naming it different ways. Strange when i let MCM fetch the series.xml it does get the correct info. I have tried naming it differently with no success.

familyguy.3x20.europeanroad_show = Wrong info ( Gets Season 2 Episode 20 info )

Season 3 Ep 20 – Road to Europe = Wrong info ( Gets no info )

S03x20 Road to Europe = Wrong info ( Gets Season 2 Episode 20 info )

familyguy.3x20.Road to Europe = Wrong info ( Gets Season 2 Episode 20 info )

In edit the season number is also wrong.

@lalmanzar , can you work with him to see if there's a problem we need to solve. #2 is expected behavior if that is not currently a supported naming scheme.

Update on the problem i was checking my season sort order as they was wrong for me and they was all season 2 with sort order 0002. My folders are named correct Season 3 etc..

I just added the rest of the seasons and everyone is being picked up as season 2.

david, he needs more info than that. list out the full paths. a screenshot
of a season folder would be helpful too.

Something i just noticed messing around. If i edit the season number and sort order in MB then when i delete the metadata and let it create it again it is correct. Also the release date for these are showing 1900.

Ok, that's weird. The only way I was able to reproduce the error was with the Season item having the wrong number on the edit page. Check there for the Season 1 item and see if the Season number is the correct.
If not, change it and create a fake file like "Family.Guy.s01e10.test.avi" and see if that pull the right metadata for that one. If it does I'll let you know how to fix the ones that are wrong if you don't want to reset your library.

Yeah on the edit page they all showed as Season 2 with Sort name 0002. When i edit them to the correct number it pulls the right metadata for everything.

Could it be it 2 in my tv folder name? It is named TV Shows2. Well the actual folder is TV Shows but the share name is TV Shows2 as i have more than 1 TV Show folder on other drives.

Yeap, that's it. Thanks for the info, I'll work on a fix.

Ok thanks for the help.

@LukePulverenti I'll push a change directly to the release date and end dates storing 12/31/1900 when you save the item with the date empty.
