    • Art. 13 defines, which information must be provided:
      • Name and means of contact (is a mail address sufficient?!)
      • Which information is stored/processed?
      • Why is that information stored/processed (most likely Art. 6 (1) f) "Berechtigtes Interesse"; requires explanation, what is that interest (providing, maintaining and improving the service)
