When creating dmg on macOS by hdiutil, it failed occasionally with message
hdiutil: create failed - Resource busy. This is more likely to occur when using GitHub action macOS runners(see actions/runner-images#7522). Due to the lack of a good solution at present, remove the macOS dmg build.
