This reverts commit 51ec4b8.
add load_met_pct output and update nested_outputs description of load_met_series_kw
also eliminate two dv's with expressions
rm unused imports, rm timeout_seconds greater than allowable
Keep commented out setup_capital_cost_offgrid for potential future use.
add test for multiple time steps
Previously adjusted capital cost slope to account for multiple replacements and salvage value for off-grid. Capability has been removed and is last available (but commented out) in commit c769979
and uncomment all commented out inputs
total sr required and provided are useful outputs
check that sr_provided is greater than or equal to sr_required
Update changelog with new off-grid capabilities
This will be un-done when we update the UI and make a new version release. At that point, we will expose generator_fuel_escalation_pct in the UI
This reverts commit acdb19e.
