Added CO2 Concentration Characteristic

While building a BLE CO2 monitor using nRF Connect, I noticed there was no known characteristic for CO2 concentration. The UUID for this characteristic is 2B8C, as mentioned on page 85 of Bluetooth's Assigned Numbers doc.
