Release of AIUtils v0.2

Features:

• #1 added offsets for every mission
• missions with offset: ENG_REACTOR_CORE (PT1), HAB_AIRPORT (M17), HAB_CORPORATEPENT, SCI_HOSPITALUPPER

notice: missions which do not have an offset, won't be listed in the select field

Fixes:

• fixed incorrect level names
• removed TECH_COMMS as calculation since this level doesn't have any offsets
• give the user the option to close the program if the game isn't open
