GNAT Community 2019 introduces stricter policy for elaboration.
As a consequence, we should split PolyORB_HI_Generated.Activity in two

  • PolyORB_HI_Generated.Activity holds code to interact with ports
  • PolyORB_HI_Generated.Job the main Job of task
