What happened?

In a scenario, when trying to add a train, the button to add the train is always disabled even when a rollingstock and a path are selected

I think It probably comes from this PR : infraState is not provided to <TimetableManegeTrainSchedule/> anymore :

What did you expect to happen?

We should be able to add a train

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Try to add a train in a scenario

On which environments the bug occurs?

Dev (DgexSol)

On which browser the bug occurs?

Firefox

OSRD version (top right corner Account button > Informations)
