Custom list of prefixes

New version (first release) includes a new Grammar Controller (API) with CRUD operations for grammar rules, which allows developers to set a list of ID prefixes that might be used for cross-reference detection between requirements.

This list of prefixes is defined by company. Therefore, this field is necessary in order to use a custom list.

If no company is selected, the service uses the default internal grammar.
