Build Assets using Gulp

@Skrypt I'm working on fixing UI issue, but again I'm suffering from building assets, is there any guidelines?

I already run npm install but there's an issue when install:orchardcore.apis.graphql is executed. FYI I already upgrade both NodeJS & NPM

I am on node -14.3 and npm 6.14.8 and it works

I am running npm install on root of orchardcore clone

I removed package.lock.json for each module, then I used npm install --force everything seems works again

Similar issue occurs when I used Yarn :(

Deleting node_modules usually fixes it for me. You can also try to delete the package.lock.json, that might work.
