Content package import error debugging

When I attempt to import a content package .zip I get the following error. I'm not sure which permalink it's referring too. Any advice?

Seems there is an already-used permalink on the current website

Ok. I think it's because both instances are using the blog as the initial recipe. Going to test it.

Check the currently used permalinks before you import

It was a blog post. I did notice something else though. If you import some content items, then delete those items, you can't re-add them by just running the import again. Is that the desired functionality? I'd get the success message on the import, but the content items aren't listed.

You can leave the slug empty and let the Autoroute generate them on publishing
