Iron set to 100% issue fix

This release fixes an issue which resulted on the power to the iron being inadvertently be set to 100% with some calibration values.

Whats new:
-Possibility to use 1.3inch screens
-Bigger font for iron temperature
-Fixes boost screen not saving

Binaries names are self explanatory, for each version (hakko and jbc) there is a "normal" version and a version for the controller models using the 1.3inch screen
