Description
This PR primarily addresses #194 but also introduces improvements to how the sample body is created.
Motivation and Context
As the issue points out, we should respect
readOnlyandwriteOnlywhen determining which items to render for request and response schemas and body sample.How Has This Been Tested?
Tested with Petstore API.
