Assets are in seperated repository to avoid clutterness

This PR makes it so most of the assets aren't ripped assets from the retail final game, instead it's raw assets from it's previous archives/builds/etc.

With the revamp, for the mods to sync up probably need to fix few of the issues with GUID mismatching since its from scratch.

TODO: make an automated script for ripped assets to rename its extension to raw assets name extension
(wav -> ogg | mp3 | wav)

There's an unused nested event put into pizzatime that shows how I had it set up compared to what'd be closer to what the actual PT banks likely did.   You can remove it if you want.
