Request: Allow Players to Enable Map Editor Grid in Battle

It can be difficult to count spaces, especially if it is a lot of sea. This feature was also in the advance wars games.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow the grid to be used in battle. The player would use the same keyboard shortcut used in the map editor to turn the grid on or off in battle.
Having the shortcut would be good for turning it on and off quickly if you only wanted to use the grid briefly.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The grid could also be turned on or off in the game options menu for mobile users.
