I would like to move to relative links for files instead of a full path but the documentation is confusing and will not add much to the project overall so low priority

I'd like to work on this item, but I don't understand which "relative links" you are talking about. Can you be more specific?

In the Visual Studio project file the actual file locations are described in the form of c:\users\etc
I would like to change this to be a project area so the the file locations are described as (project home)\etc
So that no matter where you store the project so long as 'project home' is correct you can build and change
This is mainly evident in reference to the SNK file that requires full file path to location
