Adds
addInactiveListenerandremoveInactiveListenerto client api for receiving notification upon micro frontend inactivity.A listener is already in the Angular example. It can be tested by using preserveView linkManager feature and by clicking to and from a viewGrouped navigation item (Settings gear icon).
