Problem Statement

• EOS-23696 Upgrade PyYAML package from PyYAML-5.1.2.tar.gz to PyYAML 5.4.1

Design

• For Bug, the csm-agent-build pipeline got failed because of PyYAML package was not found. The fix will install the proper PyYAML package from the corrected URL.
• For Feature, Post the link for design
