Add whitesource configuration

Problem Statement

Need to enable whitesource configuration.
Existing configuration is overwritten after making kubernetes as main branch.

Design

• For Bug describe the fix here.
• For Feature, Post the link to the solution page on the confluence CORTX Foundation Library
