Please note that every issue that doesn't use one of our templates will be marked as invalid and closed immediately.
Our templates are easy to use and can be filled out very quickly, just because someone is too lazy to fill them out can cost a lot of time while helping you with your issue.
Time that we can invest into more important things like development of all our projects.
If you are too lazy to fill out a template then we're too lazy to help you resolving your issue.
This might sound toxic or rude but the question is why should we help you with your issue if you can't take about (depending on the template) 1-5 mins to fill out a template.
