Description
I added a styling fix for the toolbar when using the gin theme in Drupal.
Motivation and Context
This change is required to address styling issues in the toolbar when the Gin theme is used in Drupal. The fix ensures a more consistent and visually appealing appearance.
How Has This Been Tested?
I tested this change by applying it to a Drupal environment using the Gin theme. I verified that the styling fix resolves the toolbar issues and does not introduce new problems. Testing was performed in a development environment. I also tested this code with a project using adminimal theme.
