Scroll Up

  Scroll up allows users to scroll page back to the top of the screen
  using a button.
  
  Scroll up uses Simple JQuery for smooth page scrolling.

Module provides configuration for:

  * Themewise visibility of Scroll button.
  * positioning scroll button on bottom of the page.
  * Speed of the scrolling.
  * Amount of scroll after which scroll button should be appear.
  * Background color and hover of the scroll button.
