* add validation to vm_qemu name field * changed some stuff and forgot to re-test the build. fixed now

I'm very new to proxmox in general. Currently getting my first installation going on some servers as we speak. But as I was reading through the documentation, I saw this bullet point and figured it was worth pulling some low hanging fruit. Please let me know if I've overlooked some requirements or documentation or something obvious to you all, and I'll get it fixed.
