Connection check problem with google.com in China

google.com is inaccessible in China due to some special conditions that I don't want to talk about (but you can search for it and easily get an answer). It will be much convenient for Chinese users if you consider a different website for testing the connection...

By my test, vanillaos.org, debian.org and linux.org are all good. duckduckgo.com is inaccessible.

I see two options then:

1. Choosing one to replace Google
2. Using a list (with the 3 hosts?) and iterating over it until one replied

We can use vanillaos.org which is actually proxied by cloudflare.
