This release has everything in the 1.20.00 release of the main Community Highlander's workshop beta, plus all the stuff CI needs to function.

The attached file with Final on the end is a final-release build of the highlander, recommended for testers and most players. The second file named Debug is a more-logging build, with additional debugging features that are useful for developers.

This is based on 1.20.0 beta workshop version.

The final-release version works just like you expect from the workshop version (recommended for testers).
The more-logging variant has expanded debugging capabilities (recommended for developers).
