python -m venv myEnv
Activate the virtual environment:

On macOS/Linux:
source virtualEnv/bin/activate

On Windows:
virtualEnv\Scripts\activate
Install all the required Python packages using pip
:
pip install -r requirements.txt
Run the following command to apply database migrations:
python manage.py migrate
Start the development server using:
python manage.py runserver
Open your browser and go to http://127.0.0.1:8000/
to see the application running.
- Register: Sign up for an account using the registration form to create your profile.
- Login: After successful registration, log in to your account to access all features of the application.
- Explore Journal: Navigate to the journal section to create, view, and manage your entries.
- Chat with Solara: Engage with the AI mental health therapist by typing your messages in the chatbox. The chatbot provides empathetic responses to support your mental health journey.
