jgm#36 adds support for strike-throughs, subscripts, superscripts, and fancy lists. Perhaps we can backport them to witiko/markdown?

The estimated effort for one task (based on #160) is two hours. This makes the remainder of the tasks require about 14 hours of effort. Can be brought down to ~7 hours if done in a batch on a good day.
