Page List - support category / tag filtering

What problem does this address?

The page list block is great for users who want their menus to closely represent the pages they've created.

I think a common use case for users will be filtering particular pages out of their menu when using this block. I'm not sure users will always want every single page in a menu.

What is your proposed solution?

The page list block could support an option only to show pages that belong to a particular category or have a particular tag. Or alternatively to hide certain pages with a particular category or tag.

Not sure what I was thinking when I wrote this, pages don't support categories or tags.
