Bump Airflow version to 2.3.4

Description

This PR bumps Airflow from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4.

This mitigates some known security issues. Dues to an updated constraints file, I also needed to make some changes to the commoncrawl DAG since S3PrefixSensor no longer exists.

I tested this locally and things were looking good!

LGTM 👍 I reviewed the documentation you shared about the S3KeySensor and the changes make sense to keep parity with the previous version, at least as far as I understand them.
