aws-cli looks ~/.aws/credentials before ~/.aws/config.

Support for source_profiles

This adds the ability to access fields from a profiles `source_profile` attribute. Closes a2ikm#2 Closes a2ikm#4

Use self in Profile#config_hash so source profiles are resolved

Dont bump the version
