@maliming @salihozkara hope you guys are doing well. FYI, OpenIddict 4.4.0 was just released with downgraded IdentityModel references (6.25.1, as in OpenIddict 4.2.0): https://github.com/openiddict/openiddict-core/releases/tag/4.4.0. Cheers. |

Reverts #16440
There is a bug in Microsoft.IdentityModel.Tokens version 6.30.0 AzureAD/azure-activedirectory-identitymodel-extensions-for-dotnet#2059 mentioned here. This package comes to us in OpenIddict version 4.3.0. For this reason, I downgraded the OpenIddict package to a previous version.
