When utilising adafruit-nrfutil as a part of scripts, it is helpful to have
useful error codes which indicate the status of the program after it exits.
In this PR I have added a non-zero exit code when flashing fails on the chosen
device (e.g. invalid port). Previously, the program would've returned zero
here, indicating the command completed successfully. Clearly this should not be
the case.
If this should be done another way than how I have suggested, please let me
know!
