Clippings for Thunderbird 7.0b2+

Prevent moving a clipping out of the Synced Clippings folder if the sync file is read-only, either via drag 'n drop or the Move/Copy dialog in Clippings Manager.

This is the same issue described in aecreations/clippings#478.
