Clippings 6.5a0+

Example name: Placeholder values with Symbols & Emoji

This shows up fine in Clippings Manager, but the Clippings context menu in the browser displays this as: Placeholder values with Symbols Emoji.

Not fully fixed - this issue is still occurring with imported clippings and folders. The '&' character needs to be escaped during import. This also needs to be done when syncing (if Sync Clippings is turned on).

Unable to reproduce the issue described in the above comment.

This issue is occurring with submenus for folders. Not occurring with clippings. Reproducible on Firefox 127.0b2.
