There is a request from a reviewer on the Mozilla Add-ons site to add a tooltip to the Panic Button toolbar button:

... it would help if the toolbar button had a hover tip, so that I could identify it more readily.

A checkbox option could be added in the Customize panel of the extension preferences dialog, labelled "Use caption in tooltip".
