This won't be released until https://github.com/cyclejs/recycle is completed, since I want cyc to be restartable and also use only one streams library by default.

I have on open pull request on cycle-restart, I hope to get to it soon. Perhaps just upgrade and re-enable hot reloading when it's ready

There is an xstream release of cycle-restart, so this can be done now. It was a breaking change, so I would recommend consulting the restart document. @kristianmandrup @Widdershin I've been out of the Cycle scene for a while now -- do you guys believe there is still value in maintaining this project? create-cycle-app seems to have caught on pretty well.
