This applicaiton is to scrap the stock short quota and display alerts to UI and design trading idea

Assumption:

1. Skip all the already 0 short qouta stocks
2. Grap news every 5 mins
3. The program will only be started when the market open

notes:

1. when stock in watchlist appears in the list, it will be in red
