feat(web): Add GT-Admin for GT server and GT client

Introduction

Introducing GT-Admin: a tailor-made Web interface for GT users. Developed to address issue #2, it incorporates the design aesthetics of Geeker-Admin and is built on the robust gin framework. GT-Admin goes beyond being a mere configuration interface; it's a comprehensive tool that delivers real-time monitoring visuals and integrates web resources into a single binary file, eliminating the necessity for additional deployments.
