Reporting Issues

Think you've found a bug? Awesome! I'd love to hear about it.
- Confirm that your site meets the necessary requirements.
- Update your version of Simple Lightbox as your issue may have been resolved an update.
- Clear your browser's cache and test your site again to make sure the browser is using the latest code.
- Search using the text box at the top of this page to find documentation or existing issues related to your issue. If your issue has been previously reported, you can add additional information to the existing report that may help to resolve the issue (more details on searching issues).
- Identify conflicts with a theme or other plugins
If the issue you are experiencing has not previously been reported, you can create a new support ticket using the following link and providing the requested details:
- Description of the issue.
- URL of Page exhibiting the issue.
- Version of SLB installed.
- Other plugins installed.
- Browser(s) with issue (Firefox, Chrome, etc.).
Remember: If you are the first to report a bug, then the fix is named after you.
