Describe the bug

Doc > Tutorials > Introduction > Argo Workflow apply command link 404

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run this command

kubectl apply -n argo -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/argoproj/argo-workflows/master/manifests/install.yaml

Expected behavior

The link should be available and the command finish success

The file has been deleted from this PR argoproj/argo-workflows#9127
I'm going to fix this.
