'nfd' classes are missing

It looks like the list is missing the 'nfd' (not further defined) classes, such as ' 9130 - Amusement and Other Recreation Activities, nfd' and '8210 - Adult, Community and Other Education, nfd' etc.

Further detail: a look at 1292.0.55.002, which I assume is the source, doesn't list the nfd classes either, however, the Census dictionary does.

@baslat Thank you for reporting this. I vaguely remember that I, for some reason, excluded the 'nfd' classes. If you have a more complete version please consider submitting a PR, would be much appreciated. Otherwise, I will have to find the script (which I should have uploaded when I created this repo! bad practice from me) that I used to generate these tables and update them in a few months from now. Currently finishing up my PhD thesis so I don't have time for other things right now. :(
