It is unclear what atomic-cli config really does - what config file?!?

I discovered that subcommand by running atomic-cli --help (which in my Debian package is passed to help2man to generate a minimal man page).

Instead running atomic-cli config --help provides more detail, including even more mysteriously talking about "the resource to be destroyed" - destroyed?!?

Whoops, that looks like a weird artifact, thanks for pointing it out. Removing it.
