Support for Simple Ledger Protocol (SLP) tokens

  • Token Type 1 only
  • Indexing by transaction, coin, and address (both transaction and coin)
  • New SLP endpoints and expansion of exiting endpoint to support SLP in HTTP API
  • SLP functionality in bcash-cli
