Release 1.16 of FLWM.

This release is the same as the previous one, but it also distributes the flwm.desktop file and the logo.png logo for FLWM.

Release 1.15 of FLWM.

The original 1.02 version and tinycore 1.14 version of FLWM no longer compile against current FLTK and recent X toolchains. This (unofficial) release captures the changes necessary for FLWM to compile on a current system (e.g. Arch Linux as of release date).
