Support new sass @use syntax

Description

The latest sass intruduces a new @use and @forwards syntax.

Input

The code looked like this before beautification:

@use "a" as *;
@forwards "a" with(
   $a: 2
);

Expected Output

The code should have looked like this after beautification:

@use "a" as *;
@forwards "a" with (
   $a: 2
);

Actual Output

The code actually looked like this after beautification:

@use "a"as *;
@forwards "a"with($a: 2);
