Bump virtue 0.0.4

Virtue changes:

• Fixes an issue when implementing derive on a macro_rules! target: Fixed an issue where creating a type in a macro input wouldn't parse correctly virtue#4
• AttributeAccess extension methods: AttributeAccess extension methods virtue#2

Also adds a test for said macro_rules! change. This test fails on virtue 0.0.3
